Since update the box that says update now will not go away cant play game

After updating the app it still insists there needs to be an update and will not open to allow play.

I was loving the game.. now it has a box up that says I need to upgrade but I can’t because it already upgraded..so I’m stuck and mot happy since I have spent a lot of time and money on it.

I have been locked out of this game due to “update glitches “. I am so sad because I absolutely love this game. I’m having the same problem as “plainIv” posted she is having. I have been home bound since December 2015 due to complications of back fusion surgery that failed so now I have hours to kill. I play this game for hours on end since discovering it a month ago. It definitely takes my mind off my pain & troubles. My husband says Im addicted to playing it but in a good way. Its the second thing I reach for when I wake up in the morning. The first being my pain medication. This game helps me get through the day. Its fun & always has something new going on to strive to build, plant or earn the coins to buy. I love it! When I often cant sleep at night it helps me get through those dark, lonely hours. I have several other games downloaded to my iPhone 7 Plus but since I got this app I only play them when I am waiting for something on this game to happen which is rarely these days. I am so glad that I discovered this game. It has made my new life tolerable. Thank you Zenga for developing this game & making it so accessible to play! Updating my review: My game has come to an end for me! So sad!! Suddenly a sign popped up that a new game update is available but when I checked the app there was no way to update my game. It said I had updated 1 day ago but I hadn’t. I went back to play my game but the “update available” sign was still up & wouldn’t go away so now I can’t play my game. Very frustrating! Zynga you are losing money from me by locking me out of the game. There is no one I can contact for help either....SUPER FRUSTRATING. I play this game constantly so I need to buy gems frequently but now that I can’t play you are losing out on the money that I pay for the gems. Your loss Zynga!!!!! Please fix this so that I can play again. I really like this game & would like to continue to play. I am now changing my star rating to one star since the update bug won’t allow me to play.

Keeps telling me to update and I’ve already updated! I can’t even play the game!

Not fixed as advertised. Love the game when you can get in and play it.

I love this game. When I upgraded, it froze and now I can’t play! What is going on?

EVERY update requires me refresh my App Store and the last update won’t even show up after refreshing. I can’t play the game at all until the update is complete. Frustrating!!!!! It might be time to find a new game to play...

I’m addicted. I’ll set up all my little stations and check back in way too often. I’m patient so I haven’t spent any money on this game. Currently on level 26 and I’ve been playing for a few months

I hate when you “upgrade”. Idky it says upgrade and then when I go to the App Store it says open and there is NO UPGRADE!!!! Now my game is stopped because it won’t upgrade. I have been tapping and constantly troubleshooting to NO AVAIL!!! And getting to support is HOPELESS. I HATE THIS!!!! It finally opened and upgraded now I want the rewards for the helicopter I missed because of this. Also in the past the support was easy to get to. Now this time s the only Avenue it seems. I am only hope I hear from support.

On Oct 4th 2017, I did the update that popped up on my game. Since then, I haven’t been able to play, as my game is frozen on a screen that only shows the new dock area. I have contacted support several times, only to get absolutely NO HELP. It is now Nov 23, 2017, and I STILL CANNOT PLAY!!! I’m very frustrated, as I was the leader of a group and was 342 days into my 365 day award for number of days playing. Zynga does not appreciate the players or the time (and real life money)that we have invested in their games. Due to my experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have been unable to get into the game for 2 months. Very disappointing.

I would have given 5 stars, but I haven’t been able to play it since it froze when the ship came in. Seems like the developers would have fixed it and kept members up to date on the fix. But, it doesn’t appear like they care. That’s too bad, it was a fun game while it lasted.

Please fix bug issues! Game will only show the cruise ship then freeze to that scene. I love the game but it’s been frozen for over a week. Please fix!!!

Game takes forever to load, freezes & kicks you off constantly & always ends up wasting diamonds off accidentally tapping the wrong spot when frozen. Items are too expensive to purchase.

So very disappointed that a game I have played and spent money on is now basically frozen and I am unable to access my island. Zynga says they know of the problems yet some players have been without access for over a week. What kind of customer service is that? I loved this game. I have a bad feeling that this is not going to get resolved or that I will lose all the hard work and effort I put in to this and will be forced to start over. Get it together Zynga. Lots of loyal customers are getting tired of these continued problems.

Since I updated my game for some reason it is frozen and I can’t play ? I really enjoy playing this game but don’t understand why I can’t play it now since the new update someone please tell me what I can do so I can get back to playing thanks It’s been almost two weeks since I haven’t been able to play this game. I am really disappointed because I really love playing this game. I have spent a lot of money playing and now I can’t even play. I hope someone reads this and get help me solve this problem and soon

The most recent update has caused the crops and trees and a few other things to randomly disappear from the screen. If you tap on where they are suppose to be, they come back. When they disappear off the screen, you can still see the tree shadows, and the twinkle when the trees and crops are ready for harvest. Running on ipad pro iOS 10.1.1

Would be better if it wasn’t so hard to earn silver sand dollars. Not everybody can afford to buy them.
