Disappointed
So very disappointed that a game I have played and spent money on is now basically frozen and I am unable to access my island. Zynga says they know of the problems yet some players have been without access for over a week. What kind of customer service is that? I loved this game. I have a bad feeling that this is not going to get resolved or that I will lose all the hard work and effort I put in to this and will be forced to start over. Get it together Zynga. Lots of loyal customers are getting tired of these continued problems.
