After many updates, I STILL can’t play the game!!!!
On Oct 4th 2017, I did the update that popped up on my game. Since then, I haven’t been able to play, as my game is frozen on a screen that only shows the new dock area. I have contacted support several times, only to get absolutely NO HELP. It is now Nov 23, 2017, and I STILL CANNOT PLAY!!!
I’m very frustrated, as I was the leader of a group and was 342 days into my 365 day award for number of days playing. Zynga does not appreciate the players or the time (and real life money)that we have invested in their games. Due to my experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
