I will be removing this game there’s a pop up that claims there is an update and there isn’t..takes way to long to get to next level...takes way to many coins to buy what u need and when you are making and seeking items you don’t get enough coins it takes months to buy what you need so disappointed in this game

I’ve been playing this game for 4 years and no problems other than when there’s updates I can’t get my game to open keeps telling me to update the game and it is updated I just can’t play and it’s making me mad please fix so I can continue to play thank you

I really liked this game when I first got it. I had been playing 24/7 but when I come onto the game I got the “we’ve updated” so I clicked it to update,but it had already updated over night. So I go back to the game but it keeps coming up. So I reset my iPad. But it still comes up. FIX THIS

I updated the app and when I run the game, it still tells me to update it. Then it sends me to the app store, I open the game and tells me the same.

Played for about a week and cant stand the bugs. You spend the time to grow the crops, but when you harvest they dont always get applied to your inventory. I notified support and they said I need to allow 2 minutes before harvesting to let the game finish loading and they credited me 15 pineapples ? Randomly all my crops will disappear. I have to restart the game to see them again. Now my game is stuck in an endless loop to update. I updated it last night but when I open the game it tells me I need to update. I did already! When I go to the AppStore it shows I updated yesterday and there are no new updates. Deleting this game. So over it!

I upgraded and now when I go to play, It tells me to upgrade I tap upgrade it’s been upgraded it says open I hit open it tells me to upgrade I try to get out of upgrade and On the game it won’t let me do anything I can’t play it just says upgrade upgrade upgrade upgrade! It’s like it’s froze on that can you do something so I can return to playing my great game????

So frustrated. I updated game but when I go to game, it says Update Now. When I go to App to update, the only option is Open. So it just goes back and forth. I love this game and have been playing over a year, have tolerated multiple bug issues because the game is so good. But now I cant even play!!!

Since the latest update I cant do anything. It keeps telling me to upgrade and stops me from entering game. I go to check and I updated on 11/23, and no new updates. Sad day, as was enjoying game fir the most part.

I’m very dissatisfied with this app. Every time there is an app update and I update the app, I am unable to play the game because ironically you want me to update the app. I follow all the trouble shooting and get nowhere. This would be a great game except for this flaw. You just lost a player and I’ll be surprised if you don’t lose more.

Ive just had Enough! Fighting against cheaters is impossible. It takes forever to accumulate 10,000 points for the tournament to start and Im up against those with 40, 50, 60,000 points already! For every advance I fall back four levels! Now, you stop my game for an update that I cant even complete!! Ive tried every way to finish this update, but like everything else, it just doesnt work! Im just done. When all I feel is frustrated, why bother?

I got this game with the promise of diamonds in another game. ( never happened) the game was still fun. Then they updated. It has a pop up that tells you to update even though there is no update and a link for help. The link takes you to a different games page and offers no help. I deleted and reinstalled the game, but this error continues. Perhaps with enough bad reviews they will add a link for help with this game.

Since I updated the app it won’t let me play it. Just circles back to upgrade now. I love the game and have tasks to complete and the mermaid I used diamonds for but can’t play the game. !

Just downloaded the update and the update now will not go away when I open the game. Please fix asap ?

So I did the latest upgrade today and now Im unable to play. Hopefully this gets fixed asap and progress on my part isnt lost.

Your new upgrade is not working! Why? Tells me to upgrade then I go to upgrade it tells me to open because I have upgraded then when I do it tells me to upgrade!!!!!!!

I luv playing this game, but I am tired of what everyone else is tired of. Today, it says there is an update. Why can’t it just update when I hit update? I am tired of the whole experience and all the little bugs in the game that keep detracting from it.

Love it. Im just getting started. Level 14 I cant wait to level up More!

Love the game wish it would be a little more easy to get animals an stuff can’t make enough coins to buy work shops

Love this game but every time there is an upgrade/update there is a glitch and I am unable to do the request. I followed the app support directions about refreshing to the app update screen but still not working! HELP!!

Endless loop of “we’ve improved” and then after app is updated, you still can’t get into game. It’s pointless right now. Deleting.
