I love this game when it works. It updated to the cruise ship and now it doesn’t want to work anymore. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and still the same issue happens. By the time I get it to work the event will be over with.

I love the game but every time there is an update something stops working. The latest update has made the game unplayable. I log in to a frozen screen while my husband can play on his device. Sure wish you guys would get it fixed!

Love this game, very addicting and fun to play for any age. But after receiving the newest update with the cruise ship, my app has been freezing. when i open my app the loading screen appears like normal, and it loads to 100% like normal. However, as soon as i see my farm, the camera automatically pans the camera view to the cruise ship dock (without me touching the screen at all), but will not do anything else. my screen is stuck on the camera angle of the dock and will not let me move the camera or click on anything else. i’ve tired restarting my phone several time and force closing the app with no luck. please help!

Since I updated my game for some reason it is frozen and I can’t play ? I really enjoy playing this game but don’t understand why I can’t play it now since the new update someone please tell me what I can do so I can get back to playing thanks

Love this game but cant get the cruise ship and its really hard to get diamonds with the wheel ?

It’s a fun game but once you get to higher levels (45+) it takes forever to level up, there are few incentives to do so, and now the weekend challenge means that if you stop playing for a weekend you lose a status level. Not surprising that I’m just not finding it fun anymore and now play only once in a while

Sad that the ship doesn’t work. It has now updated but it’s froze I can’t do anything on it now. Just freezes everything

So Ive been playing this game for a while, and I used to love it, I even have my daughter playing with me in the same club and we share items and ideas. BUT whats up with this nudist cruise? Really? You do know there are kids playing the game? I dont think that was appropriate at all, so idk if Ill continue playing. Other than that, I dont get the point if the habitats and the pictures, sometimes you need a specific one and you spend all this time and treats and you keep getting the same one. There are many glitches lately and the game stops working all of a sudden and its frustrating.

Is not bad just dollars you to death for gems and for storage space if you allow it. Isn’t much fun for a beginner. Crafting times are truly unreasonable for beginning items, too slow and too much quantity required for orders. Too slow earning gems and quick sand and such, you can earn coins pretty easy. The new update doesn’t work

My app hangs after the last update today (cruise ship update). Can’t move & can’t click anything. Please help to check.

Has ANYONE won the bonus spot on the wheel? I have landed countless times on either side, but NEVER on the bonus spot. The wheel is so rigged! Other than not getting as many gems as I did with the telescope I really like the game. What is the cruise ship dock for? BE MORE GENEROUS WITH GIVING OUT GEMS!!!!! Make the wheel give out MORE gems! Game makers, do you read and respond to players comments?

Love this game but I can’t get it to do anything I open the app and I see the big ship coming up to the dock and then it says update and I say yes and then it won’t do anything I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing on my iPod Touch and on my brand new tablet it says no internet and I did everything you told me to do so so sad ? right now cause I can’t play this game on any thing I have

I think this game is fun I just wish you didn’t have to wait for so many things to be ready to use or to serve but other then that it is great?

Game will not load on my iPad with latest update. All I see is the island and the dock. The tasks and other buttons are not visible around the perimeter of the screen. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
