Love the game and the different things you can do and make. I loved it from the very first time that I played it. The weekly tournaments are great and different from any other game that I’ve played. This game is definitely a keeper!!

I have been frozen for two months after an update. I’ve tried everything and contacted support. I was told there working on it. They needed my player ID. I explained I can’t get it because it is frozen, and it no longer shows up on my FB under games so there is basically nothing than can be done. Its sad I played this game all the time and even spent my own money on it. Shame on me. I’d actually play again if they could figure out why the game is frozen. And I’m not the only one.

Please update app, my game has been frozen since the updated. Very disappointed in this new update. ?

I love this game and since the cruise ship update I am unable to play can you please fix this issue. I would really love to get back to playing my game please help fix problem.

My game is frozen because I updated I have uninstalled and reinstalled it

I’ve been locked out of my game for 4 days!! When the game loaded, it asked me to update for the cruise ship; since then, the game has been frozen. I’ve been waiting on the support team to fix this “bug”!!!

My BIGGEST issue is that every couple of months an update rolls around and it freezes me out of the game. I can’t log in for multiple days at a time, loosing all the timed events (like daily quests, critter pictures and weekly top tournaments) I worked so hard on and wasting my potions, as well as it is incredibly discouraging to experience this so constantly. At some point I’ll loose interest and go from an avid daily (and very addicted since I’m so competitive) player. What a shame there are so many issues because it really is very fun!

The game is really fun! I just haven’t been able to play since the last update because it freezes.

I am being removed from beachclub and then I am suddenly added back in. I lost my cruises that I was participating in.The earn reward is coming and going. This is very disappointing.

Your game won’t progress you’ve got issues with the game stalling and now just sits there doing nothing

Last update completely locked me out. I’ve uninstall/reinstalled several times now. Rebooted. Tried all the helps in what forums I could find. Still no response. Seriously disappointed in the game now.

I opened the app and it freezes me to where a cruise ship was supposed to pop up near the docks above the 2nd wildlife feeding station. How do i fix this?

When I tap on the artisan workshop, the garden and trees disappear. I have to tap on the boar and sometimes chickens to get them to reappear. I know. Sounds crazy but it’s true.

Since the new update happened to bring the Cruise ships to the the island it will not let me play the game at all
