No matter what I do the game won’t update and is stuck on the update screen. I have tried everything. Nothing works. If I have to reinstall I will just delete

Last update won’t allow me into the games. My app shows it updated a day ago but it keeps telling me to update it!! Losing my lead ggggggrrrrrr

I tried to find someplace to contact support without writing a review but since I can’t get into my game I can’t get the the help button. I have tried all the support steps and nothing. I have an iPad Air and the game is updated in my apps in the App Store but when I pull up the game it gives me the update error. It’s been doing it since yesterday. Sometimes I get lucky and it will come up with a window to choose the last time I played. If I choose the cloud it will let me in for a lil while but if I get out of the game and go back in same error. I will give you more stars if this can be fixed without ripping my game.

My game won’t update. Gonna delete it cause now my rankings might change cause I can’t play

Love this game but, it won’t let me play because it needs an update and when I go to update it says there isn’t one available.

So many issues on this games and non resolved. Paid hundreds to play this game. No more. Today went to log on, will not let me due to an UPDATE that is not there. I have tried for 2 days there is no UPDATE for me. And now during a tournament like last week a couple days off I think 3 and now its starting again. Cannot get access. The wheel was not working for a few weeks. The Avery, you use shells to get certain animals or birds and they never come and you miss the bonus. Got an email about 2 weeks ago to log on for the cruise ship that has never came. Very sad, my only vice, raising a terminal child. I have asked so many times for this game to be fixed. Nothing. Now I cant even log in.

Very addictive, graphics are beautiful and have fun building the island and filling orders. Look forward to the updates. Havent had any problems. Have been trying to do update and won’t work. Tried many times. Update message won’t allow me to play.

I loved this game and played it frequently. But the Nudist Cruise has taken things too far. I’m done!

I’ve tried to delete and reinstall this game several times and it stays frozen since beginning of October!!! please fix soon!!!

The new bug is updating and getting the notification off the page so I can play the game.

Haven’t been able to play for hrs. New update doesn’t work, keep getting pop up to Update. Followed directions if having trouble, still doesn’t work, and Tourney starts tomorrow! Great job Zynga! I appreciate you screwing my game up. Now I’m going to probably lose Tourney, because all my club buddies are doing Boosts. Thx so much for nothing!

So I’m forced to upgrade but there isn’t a upgrade at the App Store. So now I can’t play the game. So frustrated, do not know what to do?..

I love the game. But I’m trying to do the latest update and it’s not giving me an option. I go to the App Store and it just says Open, not Update. Now I can’t play. So sad.

Like the game. However takes forever to obtain the needed items to expand and costs are way to high to purchase shops and locations etc. For a game that’s for younger children and up it shouldn’t be so difficult to obtain items.

Very time I try to play, it says there is an update, but when I go to the app sore, there is no update. It won’t let me play. Before that, I couldn’t get guests. A lot of the things you need to buy require shells or something, but these are difficult to acquire.

I like the game but seriously...fix the bugs.. you’ve updated the game but it won’t update. Your work around doesn’t work and the game is locked and you can’t play it. So what we supposed to do now?

I am nene to this game. I haven’t played zynga games in a while because of all the problems they’ve had in the past. I decided I would give it a go on my phone. I feel I am back in the same situation as in the past. I am trying right now to get into my game and the “update” pop up is there. I can’t update because it’s not showing in apps even after “force updates” as you so call it. There’s even a line that says “having trouble”. There’s no way of contact support to let you know right now I can’t get into the game because of this pop up. There’s no way of closing it out so I have been shut out of the game. Shouldn’t have to “force updates” and you shouldn’t have a support area making it look like there’s someone you can contact when having problems. Depending how long this pop up is there not allowing me to play determines whether or not I delete this game and never ever give Zuniga another chance. So you know how long I haven’t played zynga the last game I played was cafe world
