Used to love this game but haven’t been able to play for 3 months now due to a glitch. I tried to contact the company about it but they just said they were working on it and it’s been a few weeks since then and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointed cause I loved playing it but now I can’t and have missed months of points and activities with no answers.

I am beyond disappointed the game has been stuck on receiving my cruise ship. That was over 3 weeks ago. I’ve left messages on the support board, they said they were working on it and then they said they fixed it, well you didn’t fix it. Thanks for asking.

The only way to get ahead in events and complete them is to play all day everyday or pay for it. Im already upset that I lost a lot of progress from the last time I played and today. I went back a level and everything I did to get there. So not worth the frustration.

keeps freezing I cant even play for 5min before it freezes then crashes!!!

so basically the game keeps freezing and closing out on its own while Im in the middle of playing & I never got my 5th daily reward , now I just dont get daily rewards at all/period & i dont know why fix it fix it fix it please.

I love the graphics. Game play started off at a nice pace and then turned very slow. It emulates the style of Hay Day, which wasnt a favorite game of mine. I just dont know why everything has to take forever. It would be fun to make things and move on. Waiting days for your equipment to become ready seems silly. Why doesnt someone invent a game you want to play for days and not a game you have to wait for days to play? This seems silly too. And PLEASE get a confirmation on spending gems! It is way too easy to accidentally tap and spend gems. No one is joining my open coop, it appears no one is interested in this game. It takes way too long to increase in levels. I think u r going to lose a lot of players to boredom. Update Jan 2017- no one helps. No one fulfills helicopter requests. Cloning has been deemed cheating. The only true form of help, when 3 or more people get together to help each other -and thats deemed as cheating. No one is helping anyone! So what is the purpose of this game? Your picture taking at the habitats is rather boring. The helicopter wont give me a gold sand dollar, so I can never get pictures for the habitats. This game is getting really boring. Update April 2017 - This event is horrible. Played for days and cant get dahlias to advance past phase 2. Most people in my coop stopped playing. Game play is just too slow.Update Aug 16 - Please get rid of the labels. We dont need to know who is the leader and who is a member. We are a team, we all work together. Event Zombie Sleepover is a little tedious and not much fun. You have to wait to get rusted metal and wait to get objects from zombies. The aim of these games is to make things and this event seriously lacks the tasks of making things.

Goal: make 10 scented soaps ... ingredients needed: make and use 20 perfumes, make and use 10 oils. Reward? 2 perfumes ... annoying! This is only one example! Rather not get any rewards :D. Also, Daily Requests include activities you can only complete once you pass 1 or two levels. Why not list requests that can be done in the level you are on? Good luck buying anything if you use guest order board ... hardly make money.

Love, love, love!!!!!!. I totally enjoy this game but it seems to drop a few items occasionally. I just got 2 things to make shovels from the hot springs and then 2 more from the sunken temple, then when I went to make them, I only had enough for 1. This happens repeatedly. That is my only fault with the game!!!!

This game is great, and I can’t find another game as well and improved as this one! I don’t even know what to say because this is out of this world!

You get to help your friends... Its fun. Like Farmville but tropical. Very cute

I love this game so much!

Leveling up is extremely difficult and expensive. Storage is always full and getting items to add storage is impossible unless you want to spend your own money. That adds up. You need storage to be able to meet the requirements of items needed in the tournaments. Players involved in the tournaments need to know that there are cheaters. Some how they are able to get large points within an hours time, yet making the items needed is difficult when you cant get them such as vanilla and jasmine. Dont waste your time on this game. Even if you belong to group, you can not share among other group members directly. And good luck getting help on the helicopters. Horrible game!

Love the game. Rated for level up difficulty. Its too hard to level up. Way to many points needed to level up. It takes me 2-3 months to level up. Frustrating. Most players seem to quit by mid-twenty levels.

This game is so fun and addictive to so if you see this review then you should get this game.

Just started playing this game and I absolutely loved it. I just wish that the decorations needs to be cheaper so I can buy more to decorate my resort. But over all this game is awesome.

I cannot play this game at all an it keep the same scene everytime i start to play. Since the few updates still the same.. please check into. And fix it or i will have to remove this game up to freeze frame .

It is a really fantastic game but the only thing is I would really like if when youre off Wi-Fi you still get the stuff on here like you can sell things and do stuff that you can do usually in the game
