Updated 11-26: My game is still stuck on the upgrade screen when I open the app. I loved this game, but ever since the app was auto updated I can’t play it. When I open the app, a little screen pops up to tell me to update. I click “upgrade”, it pulls up App Store, and the app does not say “update”. It says “open” because I’VE ALREADY UPDATED IT. I’ve tried restarting my phone and that does not work.

I love this game but it is really hard to update everytime.

Yes I just had got to leave 23 this last update it erased and I lost the whole game I’ll not start over I spent a bunch of money real money to loose everything don’t play this game Beware Stay away from

Getting the “update” message and can’t sign into the game. This is currently my favorite game but I will be deleting if this issue isn’t fixed UPDATE....So glad the issue was fixed because I can get back to playing what’s become my favorite game VERY quickly. Great way to pass the time whether or not you spend real cash.

Did an update went from level 25 to 1 . Got to level 9 but game will not launch the rewards from level 8. Disappointing?

Not fixed as advertised. Love the game when you can get in and play it. Day 2 of stuck on update screen. Time to remove this app. Too bad was fun.

Won’t open since yesterday’s update no matter what I try. I guess I’m behind on contests now along with others having this issue.

Addictive. Havent had problems except now cant get lastest update and wont let me continue. So now stuck.

How do I tell if my app has been upgraded? I either my crops become invisible or I end up on a “Upgrade Now” pop-up window that won’t let me close? Thank you

I got the “we’ve improved” pop up. I updated the game but I still get the same pop up asking me to update the game. I’ve restarted the game and I’ve restarted my iPad. It’s not working at all.

LOVE THIS GAME!!! I enjoy this game so much but within this last day I’ve had issues visiting other players islands. It give me an error message that I need to update to the latest version. I have the latest version that I can see. Please fix!!!!

Will not upgrade. Will not let me play! I’ve come a long way baby and do not want to loose progress or resort rating! I’ve tried everything multiple times. Help me!

I am addicted but sometimes when I make things they are not accepted so I don’t get them when they are done. And I finished the weekly challenge and never got my diamonds for it.

Clicked on update and caused the whole game freeze. After I Tried to reboot but game stuck in loop “update-open”same thing

Whenever you do updates can’t play for days . So anything that you have to grout remake usually runs out of time !!!!

I erased my previous review. The game has been stuck on upgrade page for three days. I have updated this game less than a week ago........it irks the hell out of me when I become so attached to something, to be disappointed so abruptly. Could you help?...... I would hate to delete this game. It has great potential.
