Game is frozen since the cruise ship arrived

I am beyond disappointed the game has been stuck on receiving my cruise ship. That was over 3 weeks ago. I’ve left messages on the support board, they said they were working on it and then they said they fixed it, well you didn’t fix it. Thanks for asking.
