Love this game but ever since the new update it glitches. For instance, I was working on 3 visitors for the cruise and it erased the visitors before their time was even up and I went back to see if I could reclick them but they had disappeared completely from the list. The guests were still standing on my island waiting for their orders but it wouldn’t let me click them. So I wasted boosts, money, and gems to complete for nothing.

Tutorial is never ending.

I updated the game. The game won’t start. It’s stuck in initializing mode,it does before each game.?Even turned off phone to see if any changes. None.

Please fix new update! Seems like every new update locks the entire game up and you can’t play. Why even do updates if you ruin the game each time?

Ugh the new update wont even let me log on to my account!

This game is fun and has a lot of unique aspects to it which make it enjoyable. As you level up it is a little frustrating trying to have the time to keep up with all the tournament and quest. But regardless my major issue with this game is the updates. After the holiday inspired events they always make you update but it also glitches, for example tonight at the end of a tournament.... it is frustrating because the game doesn’t load properly or you can’t clear the fields right etc. Fun game over all just frustrated that it has so many issues on a regular basis.

Graphics are crisp, gameplay is good, effort vs reward is fine, but it is _VERY_ dismotivating to be part of a group and then be unceremoniously tossed. If this is advertised as a “Social Game”, it seems like having a feature that improves social interaction would be great. I dunno, maybe something like you can’t get tossed without warning. This same thing discouraged me from playing Country Escape.

Great game, very frustrating glitches,I belong to a beach club but while traveling on vacation game is telling me I don’t! I can’t access the club to get Valentine’s,sunshine or even access my boosts! NOT KOOL AT ALL!!! Makes me think about deleting the game altogether. Tried complaining and getting help from troubleshooting team to no avail, not even a reply! What’s up with that? Ok, I got back online for a day and it knocked me back off ugh...... extremely frustrating, do something please!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I updated the game, since then, the app stopes in intialization stage, never opens again I wisj I never updated it

You need to give more diamonds in this game because I ran out right when I started but otherwise the game is amazing ??

Havent been able to log on at all since the latest update. Its been 3 days now that I have not been able to play. Very disappointed.

Love this game to kill time but Ever seen the last update, I haven’t been able to even get past the load screen?! It just sits at 100% forever and doesn’t ever load up the actual game... afraid to delete the app and lose all of my previous content though

Just updated three days ago and again I can’t play. This happens often. I’ve deleted it from my iPad twice to no avail. Fun to play when I can but always with a glitch or two.

Game is fun. Updates will not work. Forced update does not work. Help center does not help. 3days trying to update, now will not load past initializing

Updated today, and now it freezes at “initializing”. Please fix! I love this game.

I just recently updated my app and the game will no longer load fully to even be played. Needs to be fixed I like playing my game

I just updated the app and now it won’t open. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on and it still wont work.

The game won’t open after the last update this month, after forcing me to update. I’ve even left the game open for over an hour....I would give 0 stars if possible. This game constantly has issues, not worth the download
